One and All Cycling is the fastest growing cycle club
in Cornwall. We are an inclusive club that caters for
beginners right through to professional racing cyclists.
Our aim is promote cycling in all forms and to help people enjoy an active fulfilling and happy lifestyle.

Cycling alone is hard work but cycling with a group
of like-minded supportive people is fun and addictive.
We provide support, guidance and help for all irrespective
of ability. We are based at Bike Chain Bissoe Bike Hire Cafe near Truro, Cornwall where our Sunday rides start at 9am. Why not contact one of our committee or come along where you will be made very welcome. We guarantee you will be back for more.

First outing with One and All
"Hi, came to my first ride today with the group. Want to say thought it was great. The people in my group were nice and friendly and the coaches who worked with us were really full of great information. Can't wait to come down again and get membership sorted."

Thanks One and all
"I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all the support
and encouragement we have had for our cycling this summer from
one and All. The rides have been excellent and challenging. We also
feel our riding has improved - as well as fitness and stamina! We are
only sorry that we cannot be with you all every week of the year.
