Bissoe Bike Hire and Cafe is the "spiritual" home of One and All Cycling.  The cafe is a well known haunt for cyclists of all disciplines from many different clubs across the county.  It is a popular summer destination for holiday makers as a base from which to to cycle through the heart of the Cornish mining landscape on a variety of trails. 

Liz and her crew make everyone very welcome and the food is superb. While in the cafe browse through cycling memorabilia, signed jerseys and pictures.  You can relax inside the cafe or enjoy the view from the veranda or open dining areas.

The trails take you through old mine workings, beautiful wooded valleys with hedgerows filled with wild honeysuckle, gorse, thistles, heather and primroses.  Trail from the South Coast at Devoran and Point to the North Coast at Portreath... and explore the local mining heritage, the old relics and monuments that were created when Cornwall was the capital of world tin mining.

One and All Cycling is very lucky to have access to such a fantastic "hub" from which the rides set off on a Sunday.  And to have somewhere warm and welcoming to return after a hard ride.
