Reliabilty Ride in support of the Prostate Cancer Charity

Sunday April 3rd

The Prostate Charity is doing a lot with cycling to promote the active life one can live if you have it, plus encouraging more men to be screened for it in the first place.

Signing on between 9am and 10am at Scarlet Wines, The Old Forge, Lelant, Hayle, TR27 6JG.

There is a free Expresso for all participants at the start.

• Entry is £5 per rider all profits to The Prostate Cancer Charity.

• There are two rides, Short ride approx 32 miles, Long ride approx 45 miles. 

• Official refreshments at 18 miles short ride, 32 miles for long ride.

• BCF rules, so helmets must be worn and official highway code followed.

• Car parking at the Lelant park and Ride,virtually opposite Scarlet Wines. 

• A map of the two routes will be supplied.
