“Super Session Coaching " – Open to All 12-16 year old riders plus coaches - Focus on Road Racing!

One & All Riders in the age category above are invited to attend a “Super Session” to develop skills in racing such as bunch work.

We would share the session with riders from Mid Devon CC.  This Super Session will be run in the morning and then a series of Go-Races will take place in the afternoon so that riders can demonstrate the skills that they've learnt in the morning.  At present, MDCC are planning 2 of these days with the first being December 18th at Stover Park, Devon.

Details for the day are as follows:

1000 Coaching Session (Road/circuit based) supported by local coaches

          for 12 -16s

1230 Break for lunch (good opportunity to have a 'coaches forum')

1330 – 1415 Coaching session and short Go Race event for under 12’s

1415 – 1600 Go Race event 12 -16’s

MDCC and Talent Development Coach for the SW, Ric Jamieson, needs names of those interested asap.
